JOB DESCRIPTION/REQUIREMENTS:
The Director of Online Programs Operations is responsible for ensuring the academic policies and standards are consistently implemented in accordance with each institution’s accreditation guidelines under the direction of the OHE Vice President of Educational Services. The Director of Online Programs Operations coordinates and manages the performance of all Online Program Directors, assures online classroom educational quality, assures curriculum integrity, monitors online classrooms, and resolves student and faculty academic problems and complaints across all courses and programs. The Director of Online Programs Operations provides consultation, training, and collaboration between and among areas within Educational Services and throughout OHE.
