C-Level Executives (CEO, COO, CFO)

CEO – The Chief Executive Officer will provide leadership to position the company at the forefront of the industry. Develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability and growth as an organization. Oversee company operations to insure production efficiency, quality, service and cost-effective management of resources. Senior multi campus CEO, strong operations experience, turnaround and acquisition experience necessary.

Candidate Requirements:

  • Develop a strategic plan to advance the company’s mission and objectives and to promote revenue, profitability, and growth as an organization.
  • Oversee company operations to ensure production efficiency, quality, service, and cost-effective management of resources.
  • Plan, develop, and implement strategies for generating resources and/or revenues for the company.
  • Identify acquisition and merger opportunities and direct implementation activities.
  • Approve company operational procedures, policies, and standards.
  • Review activity reports and financial statements to determine progress and status in attaining objectives and revise objectives and plans in accordance with current conditions.
  • Evaluate performance of executives for compliance with established policies and objectives of the company and contributions in attaining objectives.
  • Promote the company through written articles and personal appearances at conferences and on radio and TV.

    COO – The Chief Operating Officer will be responsible for overseeing the day-day operations of all business segments and will formulate and implement a long term growth strategy. 5-10+ plus year of working experience in for-profit education, with at least 3+ years in a senior leadership role (i.e. responsible overseeing admissions, education, financial aid, compliance, etc for an area, region or school group)

    Candidate Requirements:

  • Responsible for financial and operational success of division
  • Evaluate current scale of operations and develop an infrastructure to support current and future operational needs
  • Analyze current business model to identify and implement operational efficiencies
  • Identifying and leading growth strategies, including acquisition targets and branching strategies
  • Responsible for overseeing and maintaining a strong compliance environment
  • Experience overseeing multiple campuses across a dispersed geographic area
  • Profit and loss responsibility in conjunction with leadership experience
  • Experienced in opening branch campuses (preferred)

    CFO – The Chief Financial Officer will work closely with the President/Chief Executive Officer, Chief Operations Officer and Board of Advisors, plans, organizes, and directs the financial and fiscal management aspects of company operations in accordance with generally accepted accounting principles and all regulatory/governmental organizations appropriate within the education industry. Provides leadership in the development, interpretation, coordination and administration of the policies and procedures on finance, accounting, real estate, financial/accounting/information systems, internal controls and auditing. Directs the Company's financial planning, accounting, budgeting and forecasting as well as establishing/maintaining relationships with lending institutions and financial communities by performing the essential functions and responsibilities personally or through subordinate managers.

    Candidate Requirements:

    • Masters Degree
    • At least five years in a similar role, with an operating budget of $50 million or more, in one or more of the following highly-regulated industries: Education, Healthcare, Financial Services, including Banking and Insurance.
    • At least ten years of overall experience in accounting and financial management, with a record of increasing responsibility for the planning and direction of multi-faceted, multi-location operations.
    • Understanding and complying with various regulations and revenue recognition models related to Title IV funding (i.e. Thin 46 real estate leasing regulations).
    • Evaluating, creating, coordinating and supporting all financial programs and information systems of the company, including budgeting, tax planning, real estate, and asset management.
    • Approving and coordinating changes and improvements in automated accounting and financial management information systems for the company.
    • Directing the preparation of all financial statements and reports, including income statements, balance sheets, tax returns, special analyses, and reports to meet/exceed standards of government regulatory agencies.
    • Understanding the business model and the key measures of its success, and, at least monthly, communicating performance metrics (versus expectations) on key indicators, ensuring timely corrective action when necessary.
    • Presenting the annual budget and interim reports and analyses, including monthly and quarterly financial reports to the CEO, Executive Committee, Campus Presidents, Board of Advisors, Financial institutions and others, as required.
    • Ensuring compliance with local, state and federal budgetary reporting requirements.
